7, apoptosis and aging

Cell death are two completely different types: apoptosis and necrosis.
Cells (apoptosis), also known as physical death, programmed cell death
or voluntary death. It has a lot of necrosis substantially different.
Necrosis the cell membrane disintegration, flow out of the cytoplasm
dissolved, activated white blood cells, making the surrounding tissue
inflammation, and apoptosis in contrast, cell shrinkage, nuclear and
DNA broken into pieces, the cell membrane being wrapped, and finally
eaten by other cells. Apoptosis and embryonic development, into sexual
degradation, to maintain a constant number of cells on the close
relationship to control cell proliferation, differentiation, and
cancer also have an important role. Attracted wide attention, was the
world's leading science journals as a research focus in 1994.
Apoptosis by bcl-2 and P53, including many of the genes, including the
results of co-regulation, known as programmed cell death. Apoptosis is
cell death of aging. One theory of aging called the aging process,
namely, that the aging process is controlled by the gene encoding the
physiological process of the initiative process.
